Not what you expected? You are entitled to a full refund if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Items must be in their original, new, unworn, undamaged condition.

HOW TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN

  • Shipping costs for returned items are at the customer's expense and must be postmarked within ten calendar days after we’ve authorized your return request.

  • Using UPS or USPS, please securely package your return and include a copy of the receipt, along with an explanation for your return. Shipping insurance is recommended.

  • Once we have received and closely examined the returned item, please expect your refund credit within one week via original payment method, along with an email confirmation.

Please be aware that every piece of jewelry is handmade and made to order. This means there will be minor differences in stone color and slight variation in measurements
